This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the creator/developer of Aircraft Bot - Discord Bot ("Developer") for the use of Aircraft Bot - Discord Bot ("Bot"). By using Aircraft Bot - Discord Bot, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
The Developer grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Aircraft Bot in accordance with the terms specified in this EULA.
User may use Aircraft Bot for personal or non-commercial purposes. User may install and use Aircraft Bot on Discord servers where the User has appropriate permissions to do so.
User shall not:
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Aircraft Bot.
• Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent Aircraft Bot.
• Use Aircraft Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Use Aircraft Bot to harass, abuse, or harm other Discord users.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on Aircraft Bot.
Aircraft Bot is owned and copyrighted by the Developer. User acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title, and interest in and to Aircraft Bot, including all intellectual property rights, shall remain with the Developer.
The Developer may provide updates, bug fixes, or support for Aircraft Bot at their discretion. User understands that Aircraft Bot may not be continuously supported or updated, and no obligation is made to provide such updates or support.
Aircraft Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use Aircraft Bot, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
The license granted under this EULA will terminate automatically if User fails to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, User shall cease all use of Aircraft Bot and destroy all copies of Aircraft Bot in their possession or control.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between User and the Developer regarding the use of Aircraft Bot and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
