  • Discord Username: Your Discord Username may be collected in order for specific features to function. (i.e. our dashboard)
  • Voluntary Provided Details: Details you voluntary provide to us may be collected in order to complete requests or for other reasons.

  • Discord: We may share your information with Discord in order to provide you with user-specific experiences, essential features within Aircraft Bot, or to provide personalised experiences for your server.
  • Legal Requirements: We may hand over your information if required by law or in a response to legal action, such as a subpoena
  • Aircraft Bot API: Your data may be shared with our API in order to carry out requests, such as logging into our dashboard.

We will only hold your data for as long as it is needed to provide our service(s) or to comply with legal requirements. Once your data is no longer required, we will securely delete your data from our service.

7. Aircraft Bot API

While using Aircraft Bot, requests made by you may interact with our API in order to complete the request. As of February 2025, the only interaction users will have with our API is when sending a bug-report. The only data our API will send is data related to the bug-report (such as the description or image) and your userID. All bug-reports are only visible to Aircraft Bot Staff and are locked behind an authentication wall to provide the best security possible.

We reserve the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy at our desire. It is your responsibility to ensure you are up-to-date with our current Privacy Policy ("Privacy").
