Agreement to our Legal Terms

We are Aircraft Bot ('we', 'us', or 'our'), a Discord App developed and managed in Scotland, United Kingdom (UK).

By accessing or using Aircraft Bot or any other service we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree to hold responsibility for any misuse of our service. These terms apply to all users and server owners using our service.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR SERVICE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE WE PROVIDE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE YOUR USE IMMEDIATELY.

Users may be updated via our Discord (https://aircraftbot.xyz/discord) about any TOS updates. However, it is your responsibility to ensure you have read our up-to-date terms.

1. Accessing Aircraft Bot

We ("Aircraft Bot") reserve the right to revoke your access to any of our services immediately, without advanced notice or a particular reason. The suspension of your access to Aircraft Bot does not entitle you to any claims for compensation or reimbursement. Attempting to bypass or otherwise exempt yourself from suspension of our services will result in a further suspension, legal action, or permanent suspension from all current and future services.

You are not permitted to do the following:

  • Use the service if you are under 13 years old.
  • Use the service to carry out illegal actions..
  • Impersonate Aircraft Bot staff, developers, or affiliates.
  • Intentionally attempt to disrupt or bring down the service.
  • Spread false or misleading information...
  • Cause any harm that negatively impacts the service.
  • Threaten, harm, or damage service staff or affiliates.
  • Copy, redistribute, or profit from any part of the service.
  • Use the service in ways that violate the Discord Terms of Service or Discord Community Guidelines.

2. Collection of Data

Throughout your use with our service, we may collect data, such as serverIDs and userIDs, in order to provide our service or updates to our service. By using our service you agree to the collection of this data. You can view how we use/store your data in our Privacy Policy.

3. Limitation of Liability

We are unable to guarantee that your use of Aircraft Bot will be 100% safe, bug-free, or exempt from disruptions e.g. unexpected downtime. If deemed necessary, we may remove, discontinue or revoke your access to features within the service without advanced notice or for a particular reason. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Under no circumstances shall we, including our developers, staff or affiliates, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our service.

4. Acceptable Use

Users are responsible for acknowledging if their use of our service violates any laws or guidelines set out by Aircraft Bot, or any third-party service we may use. We reserve the right to take appropriate measures against you ("the user") or your server ("the guild") to protect legitimate interests including, but not limited to, suspension or restricted use of all Aircraft Bot services.

5. Aircraft Bot API

Our API is subject to our Terms of Service ("TOS") and contains a few additional terms that must be followed. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-commercial license to access and use our API solely for its intended purpose, provided you have a valid and active API key issued by Aircraft Bot.

We reserve the right to revoke, suspend and limit your access to our API at any moment, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service ("TOS"), misuse of the API or security concerns. You are forbidden from distributing, sharing access, or otherwise making the API available to third parties without our explicit permission.

We cannot guarantee our API will be active 100% of the time, nor can we guarantee that it will be free from bugs or disruptions.

By using Aircraft Bot API, you agree to follow all terms laid out in our Terms of Service ("TOS"). Failure to do so may result in legal action and/or a permanent suspension from all Aircraft Bot APIs and other Aircraft Bot services.

6. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at our desire. It is your responsibility to ensure you are up-to-date with our current Terms of Service ("TOS"). In certain circumstances, users may be contacted regarding any changes, modifications, or additions. All changes/modifications will take immediate effect, unless otherwise stated. By continuing to use Aircraft Bot, you are accepting these terms. If you wish to not follow any updated/modified terms, you should discontinue your use of our service immediately.
